Mindfulness is paying attention, non-judgementally and in the present moment .  Over the past 7 years, Norwich Mind has been offering mindfulness courses and we now offer one to one sessions.

Mindfulness is approved by NICE (National Institute of Clinical Excellence) to prevent relapse into depression (via Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy courses) and is known to help many conditions such as chronic fatigue syndrome, anxiety and stress.  Mindfulness is a secular practice and courses have been developed over the last thirty years by experts in mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy and compassion-focused therapy.  Mindfulness is very simple and it changes lives.
