We are now taking applications for the Explore –New Ways to Wellbeing programme. The Explore programme offers young people aged 18-25 the chance to take part in arts, nature and sports activities to learn new ways to build in wellbeing strategies. The group will be small and participants will be supported by trained young volunteers who will share their own insights into self-care skills and techniques. The programme will take place over two weeks at the start of September and is free for young people aged 18-25.
