Omnia Residential Rehabilitation Unit
Full-time Omnia Recovery Manager   –   Salary £28,017 per annum  –   37.5 hours per week 

Norwich & Central Norfolk Mind has a great opportunity to offer a position to a confident recovery focused Manager to lead and co-ordinate the delivery of a personalised, recovery-focused 24 hour residential programme.  The successful candidate will manage a 24 hour programme that creates connections and an environment where people feel they can step into recovery and begin to make sense of their experience and what they want.

Omnia is a well-respected service which from 1st April has been awarded 5 years funding to provide a service that is safe, consistent and effective to enable recovery focused support to people to help them with their journey. We are committed to ensuring every interaction with a person who accesses our service helps develop relationships and provides an environment where they feel they can follow their interests and goals and enable them to step into recovery.

Applicants need to have a good knowledge of mental health, wellbeing and an understanding of recovery practice. They must also have experience of leading a team in a care home environment and delivering quality care that meets CQC standards.

An NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care is essential.

Recovery Coaches (Support Workers)
Salary:  £16,646 

We are looking for a Recover Coaches to join the team of staff providing support to those living in our residential rehabilitation service.   The successful candidates will support people with mental health problems to progress to living interdependently by having a positive impact on their lives and enabling them to develop to their full potential.

Applicants need to have a good knowledge of mental health and positive wellbeing and have an understanding of the issues that arise in supporting clients to move towards living independently.   Having an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential.

We will provide an excellent training programme including our 2 day Mind Mental Health First Aid course. The hours of work are over a two week rota and require evening, night and weekend working for which enhanced pay will be made.  A sleep in and wake in shift is also part of the regular rota pattern.  Relief hours are also available to work as and when required to cover absences (again working any of the day, evening or night shifts).
