The Wellbeing Service is a county wide service provided by Norfolk & Waveney Mental Health Trust, Norwich and Central Norfolk Mind, West Norfolk Mind and Mancroft Advice Project among other organisations. The Wellbeing Service provides a single point of access to a wide range of psychological services. Norwich and Central Norfolk Mind are providing Counselling, setting up an Older Persons’ Service and will create a Mind Mental Health First Aid volunteer community.

A few early morning and early evening options are available. Sessions are typically at our city base. Norwich and Central Mind has a 5 year track record of offering counselling to the community. We can help with a wide range of issues. We are also involved in ensuring we are helping people by asking you to complete a brief questionnaire each session. This way you can track your progress and we can also provide evidence that will help improve the service.

Our Counsellors are fully qualified and very experienced. Each receives regular supervision and practices according to a professional code of practice. They are all accredited by a recognised body, or working towards accreditation and are expected to continue to develop their awareness of their therapeutic effectiveness.
