WHO's WHO

Norwich and Central Norfolk Mind organises its programmes and staff around four key themes. These are:

  • Personalisation and Recovery
  • Wellbeing
  • Psychological Therapies
  • Social Inclusion

Each of these themes has an overall Manager and, together with the CEO, they form the Senior Management Team. Staff who manage or lead in a specific area will each report to a Thematic Manager in one of the four areas above and collectively form the Operational Management Team. In addition, we have a Service Development Manager and a Resources Manager who are responsible for areas such as quality improvement, new service development, service evaluation and planning, finance, human resources and estate management.

All of our staff belong to a team (or programme) and report to a programme manager, who in turn reports to a thematic manager, who reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who in turn, reports to the Board of Trustees. To find out which of our staff fill these important roles please download the Organisational Chart.
