Norwich and Central Norfolk Mind is proud to have produced three books to help people better understand and live with mental health concerns. Our books are practical and beautifully written.

 

They are designed to be left lying around, to be picked up now and again and to, hopefully, sow the seed of understanding or spark that decisive act that promotes recovery and greater wellbeing. The Recovery Book and the Wellbeing Guide were written by author Jim Green. The latest book, The Wellbeing Guide, also features the stories of five of our Mind First Aid Associates. Both books include lots of useful local information.
