The Wellbeing Norfolk & Waveney service works in partnership with Norwich & Central Norfolk Mind and provides a range of clinical and social support for people over the age of 16 with common mental health difficulties such as low mood, depression, anxiety or stress. The service is free of charge for those who live in Norfolk and Waveney and you can access support through your GP or by self-referral via the Wellbeing website or by calling us on 0300 123 1503.

The Wellbeing service can offer: one to one support through cognitive behavioural therapy or counselling, self-help advice, youth services for those aged between 16-25, relationship counselling, peer support work and invitations to social events. The service also delivers courses across the county to help you achieve a better sense of wellbeing, and to manage issues such as stress, worry, insomnia and IBS. If you think you would like to talk to someone with lived experience we have a fantastic new team of Peer Support Workers within the service who you can meet at the workshops.

Along with the talking therapies and workshops we also have opportunities for social interactions (workshops and socials), giving back in the community through volunteering (Ambassadors) and being a part of the service (by signing up as an Associate).
