2 Week Mindfulness and Creativity Short Course

If you would like to be more creative – or are finding it hard to get creative again – mindfulness offers a different approach. This two-part course introduces some simple mindfulness practices and creative exercises that will help you:

  • develop new skills to tackle common barriers to creativity
  • dissolve anxiety and stress around creative blocks
  • encourage a fresh, “beginner’s eye”
  • learn how to tame your inner critic!

All materials provided. No previous experience of drawing, writing or mindfulness is necessary. Just come with an open, curious mind!
